*Dr. Stuart Freedman passed away on November 9, 2012.  Stuart was not only a member of the BPA, but also chair of the Committee on Assessment of and Outlook for Nuclear Physics (NP2010) at the time of his passing.  Staff, BPA members, and NP2010 members were very much saddened to hear of his loss.
