Summary of a Forum on Spectrum Management Policy Reform This report provides a summary of remarks made by speakers at a public forum organized by CSTB and held on February 12-13, 2004. A variety of government and private sector stakeholders were asked to present their views on spectrum policy, with emphasis on issues identified in a May 29, 2003 executive memorandum that established a federal Spectrum Policy Initiative. |
