Workshop on Engaging Family Private Forest Owners on Issues Related to Climate Change
 
 
The National Research Council’s Climate Change Education Engaging and Enabling Private Forest Landowners to Adopt Forest Adaptation Management Practices in the Face of a Changing Climate workshop* will will plan and convene a public workshop to feature invited presentations and discussion from experts in human behavior, natural resource economics, risk assessment, communication, outreach and extension, and political and social sciences to address pertinent issues around supporting private forest owners' responses to expected changes to their forest assets due to climate change.
