NRC Associate Conference Registration Request Form
If you are planning to attend a professional conference and the registration fee is $250 or more, the NRC can pre-pay for your registration fee to reduce your out-of-pocket costs. Once you have received an approved Travel Authorization Form, you can submit a completed NRC Associate Conference Registration Request Form to email@example.com. This form must be submitted at least three weeks before the registration deadline.
Registration for workshops or seminars that you would like to attend during the conference may also be paid as part of registration. Workshops or seminars must be approved by your adviser and LPR on a Travel Authorization Form.
Complete Registration Online (Preferred Method)
In order for the NRC to process your registration online, you must complete all applicable sections of the NRC Associate Conference Registration Request Form. If the online conference registration form has additional fields that are not listed on the NRC’s conference registration form, please list the question(s) and answer(s) in the “additional information” section or provide screenshots of this information and submit it along with your form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complete Registration via Paper
If online registration is not available, please submit a completed paper registration form along with the NRC’s Conference Registration Form to email@example.com.
Please note that we do not allow additional expenses associated with the following:
- Membership dues/fees
- Luncheons and receptions not included in the registration fee
- Books, including bound abstracts and proceedings or CD ROMs not included in the registration fee
- Tours and optional attractions
- Registration expenses of a spouse and/or dependent family member(s)
Please note that if you do not attend the conference after submitting the form to the NRC, the registration fee will still be deducted from your NRC travel funds.
