Expanding the Expanded Authorities Charge I Initiatives I Documents I Committee Members Charge of the Committee The objectives of the Expanding the Expanded Authorities Task Force are: - to expand the expanded authorities (EA's) to other award mechanisms
(excluding construction grants and block grants); - assure that EA's are consistently applied within research grants, and;
- explore the possibility of expanding the A-110 authorities to allow
grantees additional administrative permissions for non-workscope related
changes and activities.
