H.R. Network's 9th Biennial Meeting--Rabat, Morocco The 9th biennial meeting of the H.R. Network was held on May 21-23, 2009, and was hosted by the Academy of the Kingdom of Morocco. Members of academies and scholarly societies from 37 countries participated.
