The National Research Council publicly released Research Universities and the Future of America: Ten Breakthrough Actions Vital to Our Nation's Prosperity and Security on June 14, 2012.  The release event was held in the Lecture Room of the National Academy of Sciences building at 2101 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20418.
