Emily Slatter Emily Slatter joined the Fellowships Office in 2017 and supports the applications process for the Ford Foundation Fellowship program, NRC Research Associateship Programs, ARL Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellowship and Jefferson Science Fellows program. Prior to joining the National Academies, Emily worked on international exchange programs in Washington, D.C. and taught English in Europe and Asia. She received her bachelor's degree in Political Science from Middlebury College and her MBA from Western Governors University.
