Brandon McCain Brandon McCain, originally from Norfolk, VA, began working for the National Academies in November 2017. Brandon serves as the Marketing Specialist and Program Coordinator for the Ford Foundation Fellowship Programs, Jefferson Science Fellows Program, and the NRC Research Associateship Programs. After receiving his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University, Brandon relocated to Washington, D.C. to work for Cavarocchi, Ruscio, and Dennis Associates as their Policy Associate and administrative support for NDD United. Prior to joining the National Academies Fellowships Office, Brandon managed the American Sociological Association’s Minority Fellowship Program, Honors Program, Student Forum, and provided support for the High School Program.
