Judy Nyquist

Dr. Nyquist is Deputy Director and Program Administrator, where she is responsible for the administration of Research Associateship Programs of 10 federal agencies that carry out research in the life, biological, and biomedical sciences, and in the earth and atmospheric sciences disciplines. She maintains contacts with prospective applicants, agency administrators (scientific, financial, and contract), academic scientists, Associates on tenure, and Associates post-tenure. Her duties include staff visits to sponsor agency laboratories, program promotion at annual scientific society conferences, and assembling review panels of discipline area experts. Judy also has oversight responsibility for FO promotion and outreach programs and for the visa documentation of international research scholars.
