Asha Davis Asha Davis joined the Fellowship Office at the National Academies in July 2011. She supports the administration of the Jefferson Science Fellows program, the NRC Research Associateship Programs sponsored by NIST (ARRA) and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the Inter American Network of Academies of Sciences (IANAS) Fellowship program. She also maintains the Fellowships Office website and serves as an assistant to the Director. Prior to joining the National Academies, Asha worked on Aid Effectivness and Economic Policy at the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF), and at the Council of the Baltic Sea States (CBSS) in Stockholm, Sweden. She received a B.A. in International Relations from San Francisco State University and an M.A. in International Relations from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
