Janani Sivanandan Janani Sivanandan joined the Fellowships Office at the National Academies in 2014 as a Programmer Analyst. She has enhanced web applications for both the Research Associateship and the Ford Foundation Fellowship Programs. Her responsibilities include managing databases, improving system security, designing web pages, and supporting and maintaining several projects concerning the PGA Fellowships Office. Prior to joining the National Academies, she was a Software Engineer at TATA Consultancy Services. She received her master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire and her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Anna University, India.
