Jeff Oser
Jeff Oser joined the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in 2011 and spent the first four years working on federally-funded research projects as a senior program assistant with the Transportation Research Board. In April 2015, he was promoted into a position in the Policy and Global Affairs Division’s Fellowship Office ensuring federal agencies' research fellows achieve compliance with the federal travel regulations.
Jeff earned his B.S. in Applied Sociology from North Carolina State University in 2005 and anticipates graduating in December 2015 from the University of the District of Columbia’s Professional Science Master's program in Water Resource Management. He is particularly interested in the nexus of urban stormwater management and transportation infrastructure. In his spare time, he enjoys pursuing his main passions of hiking, cycling, and backpacking abroad.
