Evaluating the Implications of the MIT Final Report on Advanced Manufacturing
November 1, 2013
NAS Lecture Room

On 1 November 2013, the STEP Board’s Innovation Policy Forum is hosting a workshop entitled Evaluating the Implications of the MIT Final Report on Advanced Manufacturing.  The meeting will be held at the National Academies Building at 2100 C Street NW, in Washington, DC.

This event follows on a similar event in February that reviewed the initial findings from the MIT Production in the Innovation Economy study.  This event will highlight the findings from the study and provide opportunities for detailed review and discussions of the key drivers of manufacturing trends, enabling and leading edge technologies for advanced manufacturing, and the critical roles of universities and government in supporting the next phase of industrial evolution.  If you are interested in attending, please email McAlister Clabaugh at mclabaugh@nas.edu
