Mike Warner is Assistant General Counsel and Legal Site Head for the Pfizer St. Louis Laboratories. He has more than 27 years of experience at Pfizer legacy companies. He took his B.S. in Chemistry at Centenary College of Louisiana in 1977, his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Indiana University in 1982, and his J.D. from St. Louis University in 1997. His major responsibilities include outlicensing and divestitures as well as serving as counsel to Pfizer’s Inflammation and Immunology Research Unit. Recently completed projects include the spin-off of a Japanese pharmaceutical newco (RaQualia Pharmaceuticals) and the sale of Esperion Therapeutics.

He is a member of the Missouri Bar, the U.S. Patent Bar, the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the American Chemical Society. Mike lives in Webster Groves, Missouri.
